Pranks on a Train: Wes Anderson and Adrien Brody Bring Exactly the Adorably Quirky Holiday Message We Need

brody

There are commercials, there are cute holiday ads, and then there are wonderfully dreamlike rides like the one you’re about to experience. By the time you get to the finish of Wes Anderson and Adrien Brody’s delightful trip on the Darjeeling Limited Christmas Express, you’ll scarcely realize it’s a short for H & M.

    That was absolutely adorable.

HOWEVER, I can’t believe Wes Anderson just lost me the Little Drummer Boy Challenge!! GAH!!!!! Why didn’t he pick a better song????? >:|

    • Not quirkalicious enough?

I loved the commercial; don’t get me wrong. I cried at the end, in the same way that I usually show appreciation for everything from puppies to a well-placed Hamilton reference. But I participate in the Little Drummer Boy Challenge every year (where you try to go the entire Christmas season without hearing this song), and, just once, I’d like to make it longer than a week before getting eliminated!!

        I KNEW IT!!!

You know they know about the challenge. THEY KNOW!

THAT WOULD NOT SURPRISE ME IN THE LEAST
