Jordan Peele’s Get Out Just Might be the Most Terrifying Movie We Ever See

getout

Holy — we knew Key and Peele had a flair for dark humor, but there’s nothing funny about this. Jordan Peele wrote and directed this horrific outing starring Daniel Kaluuya (Welcome to the Punch, Sicario, Kick-Ass 2) as Chris, the young man Allison Williams’ Rose brings home to meet her family. “Oh and btw, maybe, Rose, you should tell your family I’m black.” Rose: Smiles, laughs …

Honey, I repeat: There is nothing funny about this trailer (well, maybe Chris’ friend ribbing him about assimilation).

Um, is he dreaming? Are those ghosts? Please tell me he’s dreaming or that this suddenly turns into a comedy.

Get Out also stars Bradley Whitford, Betty Gabriel, Caleb Landry Jones, and LilRel Howery; it hits theaters February 24, 2017.
