Taco Trucks on Every Corner? YES, PLEASE, and, Hey, Can You Park Right Next to My House?

Welcome to Crazytown. I mean, if this is Trump’s new platform, Hillary’s going to have to step up her game.

Sorry, sorry! I didn’t mean it, but can you really blame a girl? I mean, this guy says we’re gonna get taco trucks on every corner! TACO TRUCKS ON EVERY CORNER!

No, not like that Chevy! You’ve gone and turned it into a burrito … NOT THE SAME THING AT ALL.

That guy up there, “Latinos for Trump” co-founder Marco Gutierrez, thinks he’ll sway voters to the Don by talking about his culture‘s “imposing dominance”; if we don’t get going on that great wall to keep out his culture’s illegals, we’ll all have to suffer the tacos.

BRB, I have to get some tequila to welcome my new neighbors.

My extremely astute political advice to the Clinton campaign is to immediately adapt the hashtag #TacoTrucksOnEveryCorner for its own use.

I live in Austin, where there are a lot of taco trucks and taco restaurants and I still feel there are not enough places to get tacos. I have to go 3/4 of a mile to get to the nearest taco place. That’s too far.

    • Do you have addresses or streetcorners? I will be in your stomping grounds for work all next week.

      • hey now having a taco party without your cohost is just rude

Torchy’s is a state wide chain, but still really good tacos, and easy to find all over Austin. Mi Madre http://www.mimadresrestaurant.com/#home is a great combination of traditional and Austin Hipster. While this isn’t just tacos, this list of best food trucks is a good guide – http://austin.eater.com/maps/best-austin-food-trucks-trailers

        • Thanks. I think there’s a Torchy’s around the corner from where I’ll be working.

Where will you be working? I promise not to stalk you, just to make better suggestions for things not to miss.

          • stalking is such a strong word. hanging out with him without his knowledge sounds nicer

          • I’m be working just off the west side of the UT campus, 24th street-ish

So, you have to go to Dirty’s for a burger. And you must go to The Hole in the Wall. You probably won’t die there. They’ve started serving Japanese street food made by the people who own Michi Ramen. Music history, Austin history, and good food. Also alcohol if that’s your thing.

          • Awesome, thanks

And if you can tear yourself away from the tacos, try Michi Ramen. http://www.michiramen.com/ Currently Ramen Tatsuya is more popular, but I think Michi is better.

Ugh in Queens NY I have to go to a whole other neighborhood to get tacos. It’s THE WORST! I miss Chicago where there were, literally, taco places on every corner.

      • So my little city of Tustin is a so cal rarity, it’s like 3 exits between 2 freeways BUT we have so many taco places, and if i really get desperate i can go to santa ana TACOS E’RWHERE

  • Well i mean… I for one know that there are many states without good tacos. So if Hillary can get good tacos to every corner then maybe at some point I could entertain leaving SoCal…
