Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Evans Might Just Be the Perfect Match for Each Other

Guys, I’ve never considered myself a love story kind of girl, but I am utterly hooked on Outlander. Season 2 doesn’t officially start until Saturday, but if you sign up for Starz’ new standalone app you can start watching TONIGHT. *this is the sound of me screaming and running for the app store* (Starz)

JLaw is celibate and Chris Evans likes getting sent butt pics (duh!); I see a match made in…prettytown. Just don’t text that CapAss too quickly, Katniss; Evans likes to be kept waiting. (Harper’s Bazaar and Celebitchy)

Or, perhaps you’re more into the whole Cap + Bucky = 5EVA thing? If so, has this fanzine got something wonderful in store for you. Introducing Brooklyn, a pay as you go sexytimes adventure. (via The Mary Sue)

Speaking of relationships, could the rumors of a Kruger/Pacey breakup be true? I haven’t believed any of the rumors until now, because I can’t remember seeing Diane look this…disheveled, ever. (Tom + Lorenzo)

“You know how many times people Google the word *bleeeep* don’t you?” Stephen Colbert and David Duchovny have a little fun with CBS’ censors — and Colbert gets in a nice dig — while discussing Bucky F*cking Dent. (The Late Show…)

As if the hole in our hearts wasn’t big enough, Sam Rockwell said Amazon has abandoned Galaxy Quest 2 after Alan Rickman’s death. Still can’t believe he’s gone. (Nerdist)

Speaking of death…traps (I know, terrible transition), what with the massive food poisonings, people overboard and that whole Titanic thing, I’ve never been attracted to cruise ships. But, if my young son finds out about this Mario Kart-ish deck, I’m in biiiiig trouble. (Gizmodo)

How fast can you read? I’m racing through Preacher in my sparse spare time, and already Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg are plotting to bring another graphic novel to the small screen — Cinemax, to be specific. The pair is adapting Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson’s R-rated comic, The Boys, which Ennis has said “out-Preachers Preacher.” I’m gonna need a bigger shelf. (Deadline)

You already love Olivia Colman (The Night Manager, Broadchurch), so make room on your watchlist for her next delightfully quirky (and short!) series, Flowers. The black comedy co-stars Julian Barratt, and is to debut on Channel 4 this April. (via Radio Times)

Thinking about a trek to the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Hollywood? Check out some insider scoop from HP art director Alan Gilmore. (Buzzfeed)

I don’t know about you, but I’m about to start dialing Sweden right this minute. Wait…who’s going to pay for this? (via Mashable)

Jennifer Lawerence and Chris Evans? Yeah ok I guess I could be into that. They’re no Blunt/Krazinsky but no one is that lucky

I don’t think I could handle an CapAss/JLaw relationship, because I would be inconsolable if they ever broke up.

I would however, be available to console CapAss.

Garth Ennis is one of my top 3 comic writers, and while I love Preacher, The Boys is my absolute fucking favourite. The story, the humour, the violence…It is just the best.

    Please don’t screw this up.

    • emmalita

I’m not familiar with The Boys, so that just went on my list.

      • kdm

DO IT! The characters are great, and they way they tie the whole thing to basically making fun of superheroes is sublime.

Advance warning though, it’s pretty explicit in some parts – lots of blood and gore, and one volume in particular has a boatload of graphic nudity and sex. I didn’t mind it (unlike Crossed, the only Ennis comic that I cannot stomach), but I like to give people a fair warning.

        • emmalita

          Thanks for the warning.

they talked abot in on the weekly planet few weeks ago. in r rated comic book they want to see. it’s Mason’s favorite and he gave lots of spoiler free details. it sounds great.
